Privacy Policy

Your tax, credit, and financial information is sensitive. Here is exactly how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you complete an intake form, request an estimate, book an appointment, or apply to join our team, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, Social Security or ITIN number, dependent information, income and tax documents, business records, and credit report details when you request credit restoration.

How we use your information

We use your information only to prepare and file your returns, communicate with you about your service, audit and dispute credit report items on your behalf, maintain your bookkeeping records, process payment, and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your information

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial information. We share it only with the parties needed to deliver your service — for example the IRS or your state tax agency when we e-file, the credit bureaus when we submit disputes, and the secure software providers we use to store documents and process payments.

Credit restoration disclosure

We do not guarantee any specific credit score increase or the removal of accurate, verifiable information from your report. You have the right to dispute items yourself at no cost, and you may cancel our credit services at any time by written notice.

How we protect your data

Intake forms are submitted through encrypted connections and documents are stored in access-controlled systems. Only team members who need your file to do their work can see it. We keep records for as long as tax and business law requires, then securely destroy them.

Text and email consent

By providing your phone number on our forms you agree that we may contact you by call, text, or email about your service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time; opting out will not affect work already in progress.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
