Our services
D&S Tax & Financial Solutions provides individual and business tax preparation, credit restoration assistance, and bookkeeping. Submitting a form starts a conversation; work begins only after we agree on scope and you approve the fee.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us complete and accurate information and documents. We prepare returns and reports from what you provide. You are responsible for reviewing your return before it is filed and for any penalties resulting from information you withheld or misstated.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted before work begins and are for our preparation and advisory services, not for a particular refund outcome. Preparation fees are earned once your return is completed and are non-refundable after filing.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee a specific refund amount, a specific credit score change, loan approval, or a particular outcome with the IRS, a state agency, or a credit bureau. Any examples or figures shown on this site are illustrative.

Cancellation
You may cancel ongoing bookkeeping or credit services at any time with written notice. Work already performed and fees already earned remain payable.
